Teen Programs
(Grades 10-12)

Our programs for rising 10th, 11th, and 12th graders allow participants to spend time at CJ while also attending Camp Tel Yehudah, Young Judaea’s national teen leadership camp, or travel to Israel with Young Judaea’s Gesher trip. Through our various offerings, participants develop as leaders within Camp Judaea, Young Judaea, and their greater communities.

Chalutzim (Rising 10th Graders)

Outdoor Adventure Track (Second Session): Chalutzim campers spend several days with course leaders on an Outdoor Adventure trip for a program to develop group-building skills, leadership, nature knowledge, self-awareness, self-discipline and personal growth.  Back at Camp Judaea, Chalutzim focuses on introspection and reflection of individual growth through their relationship with nature, each other, and themselves. Prior to attending our Outdoor Adventure track, campers are encouraged to attend Tel Yehudah.

Applications for Chalutzim 2025 have closed.

Atid Leadership Seminar + Hadracha @ Camp Tel Yehudah (Rising 11th Graders)

Campers spend a week at Camp Judaea before heading to Tel Yehudah as part of our Atid Leadership Seminar. During their time at CJ, campers will participate in in-depth leadership training, a community service project, and some traditional CJ activities led by veteran CJ staff members. Registration at TY is mandatory to participate in this program.

Gesher Counselor Cohort (Rising 12th Graders)

Rising 12th graders join the Camp Judaea staff and are a part of the Gesher Counselor Cohort. Rising 12th graders also have the opportunity to travel to Israel on Young Judaea’s Gesher trip after working at CJ.
